Efficient, air pressure-pursued mechanical 2-K Dosing and mixing machines for high-pressure, medium pressure and low pressure uses. EUROMIX is easy in the use by clear arranged operating elements and uncomplicated service.

The mixing proportion becomes predetermined by the volume relation of two hydraulic parts for A and B component. In addition, the lever relation will be put about a scales beam system, so that over here the mixing proportion of the hydraulic parts of from 1:1 to 4:1 can be shifted, in addition.

This is quick done by solving of 5 screws and is easy to manage. With the EUROMIX are all material-wetted parts stainless steel 1.4305. This allows a universal application with solvent- and water-based materials.

The basic version exists of the complete device with valve unit, pneumatic controls, mixing pipe and rinsing liquid pump. Required suction systems are available depending on the material container size or material feed by a pressure pot or from the ring management and specially to consider with order.

A pot lifetime controller is available if requested and is integrated into the devices inside. Up to two rinsing liquid pumps for separate rinsing from A and B component can be placed on the right underneath the scales beam system without increasing the dimensions of the arrangement!

A supervision of the material supply occurs about a normally available contact pressure gauge which signals the absence of component A or B and switches off the arrangement.

All together 33 different combinations of hydraulic parts and air motors are available to support the achievement of the correct mixing proportion and the right pressure range.

For customised solutions the EUROMIX is also available without valve unit and mixing pipe as well as a pure OEM device without control, with or without upper housing.
